Gabe Follower: new trackers for in-game events added to CS2

In today's update, Counter-Strike 2 developers have added a number of hidden innovations to the game code that are designed to track in-game events. Data-miner Maxim "Gabe Follower" Poletaev reported this via his X social media account.

Devs added new trackers for in-game events:

player who was hurt / player who attacked / how far the bullet travelled before it hit the player / how many surfaces were penetrated / was the shooter noscoped? / was the shooter jumping?

Poletaev suggested that the aforementioned changes are necessary to modernize the anti-cheat in Counter-Strike 2. The developers themselves did not mention this in the patch notes.

A couple of weeks ago, Gabe Follower also discovered a new line of code in the game client files related to completing quests in operations. However, there were still no details about the new operation in CS2.
