Imperial benches HEN1

Brazilian esports club Imperial revealed changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster – the organization has benched Henrique "HEN1" Teles. The announcement was published via the X social media.

Teles has represented Imperial since July of last year, while before that he competed for MIBR, GODSENT, 00Nation. The Brazilian's average rating over the past three months amounted to 1.1. HEN1 stated that he is open to new offers.

According to rumors, the vacant position on the roster could be filled by a 19-year-old Argentine AWPer Santino "try" Rigal, who has been on 9z's bench since last year. Imperial has already registered Rigal as part of its roster for ESL Challenger Season 48 South America.

Imperial placed last at the FiReLEAGUE 2024 Global Finals tournament in Buenos Aires, as well as secured a ticket to the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 20. The squad currently holds 28th place in HLTV ranking.
