CS2 may become Esports Game of the Year according to Esports Awards

The organizers of the annual Esports Awards show have announced the nominees in all categories. CS2 was nominated for Esports Game of the Year, while Valve competes for the Esports Publisher of the Year title.

The full list of Counter-Strike 2 representatives at the 2024 Esports Awards looks as follows:

• Esports Game of the Year: CS2
• Breakthrough Player of the Year: Danil "donk" Kryshkovets
• Streamer of the Year: Alexandre "⁠gAuLeS" Chiqueta
• Esports Publisher of the Year: Valve
• Esports Personality of the Year: James "BanKs" Banks
• Analyst of the Year: Jacob "Pimp" Winneche and Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez

In addition to the listed nominees, the Esports Awards 2024 organizers nominated HLTV.org in the Esports Content & Coverage Platform of the Year category, while BLAST, ESL, Liquid, G2 and Vitality are in the race for the Creative Team of the Year title.

The results of the Esports Awards 2024 will be summed up on August 24 at the awards ceremony in Riyadh based on the votes from audience and esports industry experts. The full list of nominees in all categories can be found on the official website of the award, where you can also cast your vote.
