Into the Breach delays its return to CS until July

British organization Into the Breach has canceled plans for its imminent return to the Counter-Strike pro scene. CEO Sam Macedonio announced this via his Twitter account.

According to the head of ITB, the new project fell through when Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad chose to continue his career in BLEED. The transfer of Apeks' former player was officially announced earlier today.

Now the club sees no options for a return in the near future and will wait until the offseason. As Macedonio notes, plans for the CS2 lineup have shifted to July.

Notably, Into the Breach began rebuilding the team back in February, shortly after the failure in the qualifier for PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024. First, two players and a coach departed the European roster, while after some time the rest of the members of the old roster were put up for transfer.
