Rumors: Tundra intends to sign Counter-Strike roster

British multigaming Tundra, known for its Dota 2 team, is exploring opportunities to sign a Counter-Strike roster. Sheep Esports reports this citing its own sources.

Tundra management aims to have a roster that will be able to be in the world's top 20. According to journalists, the club's is interested in the cores of GamerLegion and Apeks, although at the moment no decisions have been approved.

Tundra made its name in esports in Dota 2, winning the most prestigious tournament in the discipline, The International, in 2022. The organization is also represented in Rocket League and Fortnite.

Note that Tundra is not the only big club to have expressed a desire to debut or return to the CS2 pro scene recently. In particular, Vikings, Gen.G, Gaimin Gladiators and Talon are planning to assemble a team in Valve's shooter soon, while Secret, FlyQuest and Bigetron have recently acquired a roster.
