STYKO to compete for Apeks at ESL Challenger Melbourne 2024

Slovakian esports athlete Martin "STYKO" Styk will remain in Apeks for their outing at ESL Challenger Melbourne 2024. The Norwegian club announced this via its social media accounts.

STYKO was benched by Apeks in October of last year, but already in December he returned to the starting five in order to keep a direct invite to the RMR tournament for PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024. It was assumed that the player would depart the team after the Major.

Apeks will participate in ESL Challenger Melbourne 2024 as an invitee. The competition with a prize pool of $100,000 will take place from April 26 to 28.

Note that Apeks will also play a number of online matches before the LAN tournament in Melbourne. The European squad will compete in the qualifier for BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, as well as continue to fight at ESL Challenger League Season 47 for the right to remain in the league.
