HEROIC, Monte and BIG leave BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024

Today's playday at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024 saw HEROIC, Monte and BIG getting eliminated. In the quarter-final matches they lost to OG, Metizport and Team Spirit, respectively.

HEROIC unexpectedly suffered a loss against OG with a crushing result on two maps – 5:13 on Vertigo and 6:13 on Mirage. Monte faced the same failure, as it was defeated by the young Swedish roster Metizport with a scoreline of 2:0 – 13:7 on Vertigo and 13:5 on Mirage. On the other hand, Team Spirit did not allow another upset at the ongoing tournament and bested BIG in two maps – 13:11 on Anubis and 13:3 on Vertigo.

In the semi-final stage, which is decisive at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024, Metizport and Team Spirit will face off, while OG’s opponent will be SAW, which won the quarter-final match yesterday. Both matches will take place tomorrow, March 10.
