Grayhound ceases operations

Australian club Grayhound announced via its social media accounts the cessation of its activities. The laconic statement does not disclose the reasons for this decision.

As of now, it is unknown whether the squad has entered free agency. Grayhound owner William Gray encouraged parties interested in collaborating with players to contact him.

Grayhound has been represented on the Counter-Strike pro scene since 2017. During this period, the team from Australia became one of the regional leaders and participated in four Majors, but failed to achieve significant success at the international level.

Notably, ex-Grayhound roster has slots at three big LAN tournaments: IEM Chengdu 2024, ESL Pro League Season 19 and IEM Dallas 2024. All three events will take place one after another in April-May.

Grayhound's latest lineup looks as follows:

 Alistair "aliStair" Johnston
 Joshua "INS" Potter
 Jay "Liazz" Tregillgas
 Declan "Vexite" Portelli
 Christopher "dexter" Nong

 Erdenetsogt "erkaSt" Gantulga (coach)
