friberg announces search for team as IGL or coach

Swedish esports athlete Adam "friberg" Friberg has announced via his Twitter account that he is ready to return to the pro scene. He revealed his intention to find a new team as IGL or coach.

friberg is a legend of the Swedish pro scene. As part of NIP, Friberg won ESL One Cologne 2014 as well as reached the final of four Majors. Moreover, the 32-year-old esports athlete has won multiple tier 1 tournaments.

The player's previous team was Dignitas. However, since June 2022, the esports athlete has been inactive. friberg recently participated in BLAST The Draft Season 1 Finals. Swede's team placed third, securing $8K in prizes.

Note that last fall Friberg had already claimed that he has no desire to retire. However, at the time the esports athlete told about his readiness to assemble a Swedish roster to return to the professional scene.
