PGL updates PCs at RMR tournaments after criticism from pro players

Tournament operator PGL announced via its Twitter account that it has updated the configuration of PCs used at RMR tournaments. The company told about changing the processors to improve the performance of CS2.

PGL revealed that from now on Ryzen 7 5800X3D processors will be used at RMR tournaments. Previously, Ryzen 9 5950X was used as the CPU.

The changes will take effect today, February 16. Moreover, all subsequent games and qualifiers will play out on the new PC configuration.
