seized complains about computers at RMR tournament

9 Pandas' IGL Denis "seized" Kostin in an interview with HLTV.org criticised the computers at the Europe RMR venue. According to him, players had to change their usual settings to bring the PCs to an acceptable state.

It feels nice to play on LAN because you have zero ping. Ping makes a massive difference in this game, and it's a completely different story if you have 40 or zero. But we have really bad PCs on this LAN, some players needed to change settings, resolution, and monitors, as I did, and I think I'm not alone. For me, it's really bad that we are playing a qualifier for the first CS2 Major on bad PCs.

Previously, seized claimed via his social media accounts that the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 Europe RMR organizers provided computers, on which the average FPS in Counter-Strike 2 sat at 200-300 frames. The community suggested that poor performance may be connected to the latest big update, after which players began to massively complain about the game's poor optimization.

Note that the RMR tournaments for PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 started on February 14 in the European region. You can keep up with the Europe RMR A on our website via this link.
