IEM Katowice 2024 viewer's guide

IEM Katowice 2024, a prestigious LAN tournament with a prize pool of $1 million will be held from January 31 to February 11. The event will take place in Katowice, Poland, and the playoffs will play out at Spodek Arena.

The event will kick off with the Play-In stage, which will feature sixteen teams. They will compete for eight tickets to the group stage of IEM Katowice 2024 in a Double Elimination format. The openers will be BO1, while all the remaining matches will play out in a BO3 format.

The group stage of IEM Katowice 2024 will take place in a Double Elimination BO3 format. Three teams from each group will advance to the playoffs: the winners will receive tickets to the semi-finals, while the runner-ups will go to the quarter-finals.

The decisive stage of the tournament will take place in a Single Elimination BO3 format. In turn, the grand final will be BO5.
