Liquid part ways with daps

Canadian coach Damian "daps" Steele has departed Liquid. The Dutch organization shared this information via its social media accounts.

Liquid signed daps as a head coach in June 2022. The team's main achievements under his guidance include 2nd places at ESL Pro League Season 16 and BLAST Premier World Final 2022, as well as top 4 at such big tournaments as BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2022 and IEM Katowice 2023.

Notably, the club bids farewell to its coach amid a global restructuring. Previously, Aleks "Rainwaker" Petrov and Robert "Patsi" Isyanov also departed the team, while Josh "oSee" Ohm is close to transferring to NRG.

According to Dust2.us journalists, Wilton "zews" Prado will take over as the new coach of Liquid. At the same time, Keith "NAF" Markovic and Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis, who have retained their places on the roster, will be joined by Casper "cadiaN" Møller, Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken and Felipe "skullz" Medeiros.

It is expected that Liquid management will not rush to announce newcomers, since they do not have any tournaments scheduled until the end of the year.
